Most of us don’t like tests, but there are some tests that are unavoidable. Fear alone is enough to keep many students from being successful.
We’ve developed the Mathnasium SAT Math Prep program to give students the individual attention they need to maximize their score on the math portion of each exam. Each student will come away from an initial assessment with a plan to address weaknesses in the areas covered by the SAT and develop skills to tackle every question. Coupled with test strategies and tips, and regular practice exams, the Mathnasium SAT Math Test Prep program are superior to other approaches.
Provided adequate time is given to prepare for the exam, we are confident that students’ scores will improve after following our program.
3- or 4-Month Program Includes:
Duration of Sessions:
3 month 8x, 90 minute sessions
4 month 8x, 90 minute sessions
Packages include all Mathnasium Registration and Assessment fees, and materials.
The program’s success depends on the student taking the periodic SAT/ACT practice tests per the schedule discussed during the start of the program.
On completion, Test Prep Program students may transfer into our regular monthly program at no assessments or registration fees.
Test prep programs should be started 10-12 weeks prior to your selected test date to allow enough time to prepare.
Requirements:
Students must either have already completed Algebra 2 and Geometry, OR Geometry and an advanced Algebra 1 Honors level course.
Students must attend all live sessions.
Mathnasium can also prepare students for admission tests including the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) and SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test). We also prepare students for the math portions of the PSAT, ASVAB, ACT and other exams.
Our goal is to help our students succeed. We want our students to take their standardized tests with confidence and the prerequisite skills.
