Understanding Mathnasium Billing

One of the most common questions we received last week was about how Mathnasium billing works—so we’d love to make it simple and clear.

Mathnasium follows a 30-day billing cycle, which means all changes to billing need to be requested at least 30 days in advance. Billing is automatic once you’re enrolled, with charges running on the 1st of each month.

We completely understand that kids have busy lives filled with sports, activities, and family vacations. That’s why you can place your account on hold as often as you need, for a minimum of two weeks at a time. All we ask is that you provide the start date of the hold and your return date, so we can plan ahead and make sure your child has a seamless transition back. You can easily submit those dates through our Hold Form.

Please note: no pro-rating of billing will be given for notification received after the 1st of the month.
