Q: What helps students in your center stay motivated?
A: On selected days, we give extra stamps when a student completes “x” pages of work. Our mastery checks provide extra stamps, and if a student gets 100%on the mastery check, they get entered into a drawing for $100 twice a year. We also have other fun activities scattered throughout the year.
Q: Tell us about the reward cabinet!
A: We have candy, toys, squishmallows, and mystery bags for students to buy. The toys include silly string, electronic items, etc.
Q: How do students earn prizes from the reward cabinet?
A: Students earn one stamp for each page of work completed plus one more if it is 100% correct. We also have double stamp day occasionally and if they have a day with no errors in the work, they get ten extra stamps.
Q: How does your center celebrate student success?
A: Brag board, student of the month, prizes for leveling up after every 50 sessions,
Q: What is your favorite student success story?
A: Two brothers pooled their reward cards and were able to purchase a Sony PlayStation.
