A: Tell the student to not stress about the assessment- it's just our way of seeing what you know and what you don't know. It's our starting point to being able to help you!

A: Coming twice a week sets a student up for success.

A: Use of manipulatives and taking common day examples to understand a concept better.

A: Rewards, and the fact that they feel they can ask the questions that they are too afraid to ask the teacher.
