Q: How does Mathnasium celebrate its student's success?
A: We love to highlight our student's A+ achievements with their picture on our Brag Board. It is strategically placed right above our front desk so when someone walks in, it's one of the first things they see! They also get a full Rewards Card and a ton of high-fives from our team of instructors who are so proud of them as well!
Q: Tell me about student’s reactions to having their work on the brag board.
A: Our Brag Board is so popular with our students at our Mathnasium center, that we had to limit students to 1 "brag" submission per month! Students can't wait for the next month to come along, when they can bring in more proof of their high scoring progress and get a new picture taken to be displayed on the Board! You can easily see in the students' confident smiles how proud they are of their achievements and their eagerness to continue to excel!
Q: What kind of work gets put up?
A: Students can't wait to bring in their high scoring math homework, tests, quizzes, notes from teachers and reports cards from school that are proof how Mathnasium is helping them excel in math, month after month!
Q: Do you have a favorite memory of the Brag Board?
A: One favorite memory was a 3rd grader who brought in her A+ math results to post on the Brag Board. When she had first started with us a few months earlier, she was struggling and absolutely in tears over her homework. The smile on her face and the joy in her step, the day she showed up with her A+ score on her unit test said it all of how proud she was of herself! Now, she comes skipping in every month with a new "brag" to display - it's just awesome!
