So, Tess, What is your favorite thing to do in the city where your center is located? A: My favorite thing to do in Park City is to ski and explore all the amazing nature that surrounds us.
What is your favorite Mathnasium success story? A: My favorite Mathnasium success story is when I taught a student how to properly solve long division. They did the next problem by themselves and couldn’t contain their smile. It made me so happy to see them find success in this skill.
Where’s your favorite place to eat? A: My favorite place to eat in Park City is Yuki Yama on Main Street.
What’s your favorite kind of math? A: My favorite type of math is algebra. I love the way it works like a puzzle with the missing pieces you need to find. When it all works out it is similar to the satisfaction of completing a puzzle.
What do you like the most about the Mathnasium Method? A: My favorite part of the Mathnasium Method is that is never forces a student to lower their math level or struggle to raise it to an extreme... we meet them where they are and go from there.
