So, Allison Shride, What is your favorite thing to do in the city where your center is located? A: I do agility with my 2 dogs, so my favorite thing to do is my agility lessons at Dirty Dog's Dog Farm.
What is your favorite Mathnasium success story? A: There are so many - it's hard to choose one. A story that has always stuck with me and makes me smile is a elementary student who's mother had gotten them tickets to a Justin Bieber concert. The mother had canceled her session for that night, but the daughter insisted that she comes in before they go, and she told me that she just couldn't miss her day at Mathnasium! So cute!
Where’s your favorite place to eat? A: India's Kitchen and Las Delicias. Both are locally owned with great owners and delicious food!
What’s your favorite kind of math? A: I really like algebra. When I was a student, algebra is where everything came together for me and math started to get really exciting.
What do you like the most about the Mathnasium Method? A: I love that it makes math so attainable for all of our students. Things that they struggled understanding in school now make sense for them. I often hear ""I wish my teacher explained it like that!""
