Package of Summer Classes

These flexible packages of individualized summer classes (for students TK to 12th grades) offer your child the opportunity to catch up, keep up, and/or move ahead, prepare for the next school year, and enhance their mathematical thinking skills.

• Each student's Learning Plan will be specifically designed for them, based on an initial diagnostic assessment.
• Complete these classes at your own pace over the summer!

We are offering packages of 12, 18, and 24 one-hour-long classes, which you can complete anytime over the Summer (from June to mid-August). As part of this program, your student will also have the opportunity to participate in fun math games, for an enriching and hands-on summer learning experience!

Specialized Summer Courses

To provide a fun learning experience and to avoid the Summer Slide, Mathnasium of Willow Glen will offer specialized Summer courses introducing key topics for students at different grade levels. This Summer, give your child a head start on next year’s key topics! These courses are in addition to our regular monthly programs and summer packages.

 Open to incoming 1st to 8th graders and will be offered to both new and current students.

• Grades 1-2: Numerical Know-How – Gain fluency with numerical systems and learn clever tricks to make math easier. Focus on strategies and math facts for addition and subtraction and intro to multiplication and division concepts.
• Grades 2-4: Diving into Decimals & Fractions – Go beyond whole numbers; learn about the arithmetic and applications of decimals and fractions. Develop concepts and problem-solving strategies related to wholes and parts.
• Grades 4-6: Practical Percents – Understand various types of percents and learn how to apply them in different scenarios. Learn problem-solving concepts with a focus on practical applications and word problems.
• Grades 6-7: Introduction to Algebra – Make the transition from arithmetic fluency to algebra concepts. Learn how to create variables and equations, and use them to solve real-world problems. Make connections between previous topics.
• Grades 7-8: Introduction to Geometry – Develop the tools, terminology, and proof skills you need to make sense of geometric systems and their properties. 

Scheduling: Courses offered June to August 2026, starting the week of June 8th. 

Timing: Each course is one week in length (Monday through Friday) for two hours a day, during instruction hours.

Pricing: $395 per course. $25 sibling discount, and $25 off each additional course. Plus, Early Bird Discount: 10% off if you enroll by May 17th!
