From as long as she can remember, she has always loved working with kids. As Joie volunteered as a T.A. in a preschool class, she began to realize how much she enjoyed little kids' enthusiasm and vivid imaginations when it comes to learning. She continued on working with kids in high school and tutored all subjects in her free time. Another one of her inspirations is her charming little brother, who teaches Joie his own unique ways of thinking everyday.

In Joie's free time, she is vice president for a club called Habitats for Humanity, where she aims to help fund for lower-income housing.  Her passions include playing guitar and singing, which she has been doing since she was very little, because of my love for music.
