Rick Sartell, Director of Operations
Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Cloud State University. He has a background in the military, hospitality management and retail management. Rick and Mayuree have owned and operated local Mankato businesses since 1994.

He is very excited about bringing Mathnasium to Mankato and the opportunity to help young people gain confidence in math. "This very individualized program really makes the Mathnasium experience not only meaningful but most of all, fun. Teaching children to think, and have true math "sense", will equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary for future success".

Mayuree Tanawongsuwan, Director of Education
Mayuree received her undergraduate degree in accounting in Thailand and has an accounting background. She later obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Cloud State University. Mayuree and Rick have owned and operated businesses in Mankato for the last 14 years.

Mayuree is very enthusiastic about working with young people and introducing the Mathnasium learning experience to the greater Mankato area. "Teaching mastery versus memorization translates into understanding and makes the Mathnasium experience truly enjoyable for our students."

Mayuree likes to travel and spend a lot of time with her 3 boys….Thai, Talay, and (her dog) PeaPod. Mayuree is also an author and has written two very successful family books in Thailand.
