Welcome back! Today Mathnasium of Langleybc wants to introduce you to one of our proud parents, Aaron Park.
Q: How long has your child been enrolled?
A: 4 years and 1 year (2 children). We got great results with our first child, so brought the second in much younger, trying to avoid making the same mistake with her.
Q: What part of Mathnasium Langleybc stood out to you on your first visit?
A: The fun atmosphere and the buzz of kids engaged and learning. Everyone looked happy. My son, who hated math was actually willing to go back every week. That surprised me, i expected more resistance.
Q: What do you tell other parents when they ask about Mathnasium?
A: I wish I had enrolled my son sooner. We brought him in grade 5 to make sure he wouldn't struggle in high school. He was much weaker than we thought and it took a few years to see really good results, but now he's getting 86% in math 9 and we are thrilled with his progress and his confidence. So now, we enrolled our daughter in grade 2.
Q: What changes have you noticed in your child’s math education?
A: He doesn't mind having math homework any more, because he brings it in if he needs help. Also, because mathnasium has connected with his teacher, he gets a preview of his school topics. Now, he's actually understanding more of what is happening in the classroom. No more homework wars. It's a win win!
