Q: Do you remember what brought you into Mathnasium of Converse for the first time? A: I was struggling in algebra and not understanding my teacher in class and tutoring.
Q: How did enrolling in Mathnasium affect your academic future? A: After only a few weeks in Mathnasium my grade went from a low B to a high A, not only that but they helped me understands the basics of math that most teachers tend to skip over teaching because they assume you already know how to do it. In fact I can proudly say thanks to Mathnasium I went from dreading to do my math homework every night to actually wanting to take advanced classes and not stressed on not knowing how to do it. Mathnasium also proceeded to teach me how not to be reliant on a calculator which was an immense help on the SAT, PSAT, TSI, STAAR, and just in general it made me able to work more efficiently.
Q: Do you still use the math you learned at Mathnasium of Converse today? A: Definitely, they math techniques that they instilled in me are skills I use everyday.
Q: So, where are you now? A: Some goals I work towards now are taking advanced math classes like I am in statistics right not, and I am working to graduate Summa Cum Laude, and even going to join the Coat Guard after high school.
