Many of our students haven’t verbalized math goals beyond getting through this year's math class. In fact, some of our students don’t seem to care about math at all! The hard part of parenting is doing what is best for our kids (like getting their teeth cleaned or making them eat vegetables) even when they protest. Luckily, most of our students usually come around and actually like coming to our center. We think that is partially because of our math coaching style.
