Welcome! I’m Helene Weisz, the Center Director/Owner for Mathnasium of Menomonee Falls. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in Elementary Education and spent 22 years teaching in the classroom in grades K-8 in a variety of subjects, including science, math and technology. I have also been a volunteer with a high school youth group as an advisor for 20 years and counting. I have a passion for teaching and mentoring children of all ages. My goal is to develop a partnership between the student, parents, school, and Mathnasium to help every child improve their math understanding and achievement. I have firsthand knowledge that Mathnasium’s method is proven to help students build self-confidence and improve their math skills, homework habits, and attitudes toward school. I look forward to serving the math needs of families in the Menomonee Falls area for many years to come. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. If a student is struggling or simply looking to keep up in their math class, Mathnasium will build upon what they already know, addressing their learning gaps and teaching math in a way that makes sense to them.
Mathnasium provides premium value by combining a superior learning experience with an efficient structure that keeps costs low. There is a flat enrollment fee for our program, and students attend regularly—much like a gym membership. We recommend that they attend Mathnasium 2-3 times per week as attending less frequently will slow results and attending too often could lead to student burnout. Pricing varies by program and geographic area. Contact our center for more details on enrollment packages.
