Q: What helps students in your center stay motivated?
A: Our engaging instructors, as well as, the prize cabinets!
Q: Tell us about the reward cabinet!
A: We offer everything from candy to cars. We listen to what the students want and then, Mrs. Bea (the Owner) goes out and purchases them. We've had requests from Pokémon to Samsung Tablets, and everything has been bought and earned!
Q: How do students earn prizes from the reward cabinet?
A: When a student finishes a page, they get a stamp on their punchcard. Once a punchcard is all filled up, they can use it to redeem prizes from the prize cabinet.
Q: How does your center celebrate student success?
A: Brag boards, Student of the month, Hall of Fame and in general, lots of High Fives!
Q: What is your favorite student success story?
A: We had a student who was 3 years behind, and the dad drove the student every single day we were open to help him catch up and get to grade level. Not only were we able to get him to grade level, but also above grade level. His confidence was sky-high and it put him on a road to success. This student is now the first one in his family who is attending college!
