I have had very good experience at Mathnasium. The environment is conducive to learning, and focus is on understanding core mathematical concepts. They have helped my child build stronger skills and confidence.

This place runs like a well oiled machine! From the first phone call/assessment to the start of tutoring sessions for my son it was seamless/painless process that went quickly. Clearly a great business model. My son actually enjoys his time here and his math grades are already improving! The director Alana is really warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Great place. My only regret is not finding this place sooner.

We were looking for a math program after our sons finished their Grade 8 year. Although they did well in math, they had an ineffective teacher who caused them to fall out of love with the subject which has always been a favourite. A friend recommended Mathnasium and specifically the Aurora location because of how well run the program is by Dennis Kang, Centre Director. We live in Richmond Hill so this was a big commitment for us time wise to drive back and forth to Aurora, but it turned out to be the best thing we could have done for our sons. We enrolled the boys nearly 9 months ago before starting their Grade 9 math semester. They enjoy going for the hour a few times a week (8 times a month during the school year) and it has made a HUGE improvement on their confidence and enjoyment of the subject again. Overall, the instructors are great and pay attention to the boys when working on the lessons (no looking at their cell phone nonsense) and Dennis is fantastic too. Dennis always replied quickly to messages and is there if you need anything. Truly a fantastic math program for your kids.

Mathnasium has been amazing for my kids! The personalized learning plans have boosted their confidence and improved their math skills. The instructors make learning fun and engaging, and my kids actually look forward to their sessions. I highly recommend this place for tutoring math! My teenagers have come here and they all enjoyed it. ( They spent an hour or an hour and a half after school a few days a week here). The tutors are patient and helpful and when kids improve in their understanding of math, it boosts their confidence.

Mathnasium has done wonders for our daughter. Alana is so positive and genuinely cares about the students. She literally tears up when our daughter experiences wins. From the initial call with the director Akshay, to the intake assessment, review, and sign up - working with Mathnasium here on Fairway Rd has been so so smooth and welcoming. My 4th grader was able to enjoy math, get rewarded for his work, and find cool ways to earn tokens for prizes. What kid wouldn’t love that ? But the approach to mathematics and learning from the structure of this long standing, multinational establishment has been really great and they know they’re niche!
