Just like a sport, if you only practice once a week, you will merely maintain your current ability. However, if you practice consistently each week over several months, you will start to see a huge improvement in your confidence and progress forward!
The first step is to create your Appointy password.

Sign in with your email and the password you created for Appointy. If you forgot your password, no worries! Click the “Forget Password?” link at the bottom and you will receive an email to reset your password.
To schedule a new appointment:
To view your schedule, reschedule appointments or cancel appointments:
After signing in, select “My Appointments” at the top of the page to see all upcoming sessions you have already scheduled.
To cancel a previously scheduled session, find the session you would like to make changes to from the list of My Appointments and click “Cancel”.
To reschedule a previously scheduled session, find the session you would like to make changes to from the list of My Appointments and click “Reschedule”.
Enter the new preferred date and time and click “Reschedule”
Note that you are unable to change the session type from in-center to online at this time, you must completely cancel the session and book a new session at your preferred date and time for the other location.

If your student doesn’t show for a scheduled session and we don’t hear from you 24 hours in advance (or you forgot) your student can still use their 8 - 10 sessions within the month. However, we schedule instructors based on student/instructor ratio and instructors are given their schedule one month in advance.
Appointy “LIMIT” Warning
If you see a message that you've reached your limit, there may be sessions selected but not confirmed.
To fix this, sign-in to Appointy, look in the top corner at the CART. If there are unconfirmed sessions, either confirm or delete them.
Not sure if you've scheduled a session in the future?
Sign-in, click the menu and find "My Appointments". If you can't make the session, simply cancel it. Then start over to schedule a new one.
Unused Sessions
Unused sessions do NOT roll-over to the next month.
Schedule reminders:
You will receive an EMAIL reminder the day before the math session.
You will also receive a TEXT reminder 3 - 4 hours prior to the session appointment time.
Sharing
You can share your sign-on info (email / password) with anyone you trust to assist you to schedule math sessions.
