Mathnasium instructors are ready and are specially trained to teach students to understand and enjoy math. Mathnasium of Menomonee Falls is happy to offer instructors who are passionate about math and helping students improve their skills. Instructors are qualified (they have to prove they understand math by taking a test) and they need to demonstrate their ability to teach math. Our instructors are reliable and helpful to students, as well as trained to develop relationships with students.
Motivation is important to a students’ learning and instructors help students stay motivated. Instructors cheer the students on with encouraging words, help them set and achieve goals, and help students practice math until they develop a comfort level with it.
Our instructors also work hard to work with students on helping them understand the material in their learning plan. By working with students on helping them with concepts, instructors will take as much time needed for students to understand key concepts. Since our instructors have 1-on-1 interaction with students, this gives instructors an insight to meet them where they are at by helping them grasp an understanding of what they are learning.
Moreover, instructors also have to pass a rigorous math test to show their advanced mathematical knowledge in order to work with students. Instructors also go through skill training in order to work with students.
