Join the Fun at the Bedford Park Festival – Fancy Chess and More!

Mathnasium would love to share some exciting activities for children at the Bedford Park Festivalthis year. The festival runs from 6th to 22nd June 2025, and we have two fantastic opportunities for children to enjoy chess in a fun and engaging way.

🏰 1. Fancy Dress Competition

• When: Saturday, 7th June (Green Days), 11:00 am
• Where: St Michael and All Angels Parish Hall
• Theme: Chess! Children can dress as a chess piece or a character from Alice Through the Looking Glass or Harry Potter.
• Details: Meet at St Michael & All Angels Parish Hall at 10:30 am.
• Ages: 0–10 years

♟️ 2. Children’s Chess Tournament

• When: Saturday, 21st June, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Where: St Michael and All Angels Parish Hall, Priory Avenue W4 1TX
• Age Sections: Under-13, Under-11, and Under-9
• Details: Every child plays in every round – this is not a knockout event! Advanced booking is required.

This event is kindly sponsored by Mathnasium of Chiswick – The Maths Learning Centre, who will also have a stall in the Children’s Corner on Green Days.
