Mathnasium UK is proud to announce that Zoe Jagelman, Head of Education, has been named a finalist in the Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2026, in the Woman Franchise Employee of the Year category.
The EWiF Awards celebrate and recognise the achievements of women across the UK franchising sector, highlighting individuals who are making a meaningful impact within their organisations and the wider industry.
Zoe’s nomination reflects the significant role she plays across the Mathnasium UK network. As Head of Education, she is responsible for shaping and maintaining the educational standards that underpin every centre, ensuring consistency, quality and a strong student experience nationwide.
Her work spans franchisee training, programme development and ongoing educational support, helping centre teams deliver the Mathnasium Method with confidence and consistency. Through this, she plays a key role in supporting franchisees to build successful centres while ensuring students develop both skills and confidence in maths.
Zoe Jagelman commented:
“I’m really pleased to be named a finalist for the EWiF Awards. It’s a privilege to be part of a network so focused on supporting both franchisees and students and this recognition reflects the work happening across the entire team.”
Helen Mansfield, organiser of the EWiF Awards, said:
“We were thrilled with the number of entries this year, coming from all over the UK. This is a tough competition judged by experts in franchising. Being named a finalist is a significant achievement, with finalists selected for their business acumen, determination, creativity, and perseverance.”
The EWiF Awards ceremony will take place on 20th May in Leicester, bringing together leaders from across the franchising sector to celebrate the achievements of women shaping the future of the industry.
