Matthew has come from hospitality background that started his passion for working alongside people from ALL walks of life. From an early age Matthew was taught the importance of education and found a love for Maths especially. This love reignited when his own son started showing his love for maths too, which spurred him on to work in an environment that is helping all of our children and creating a bright and positive future for them. Away from work Matthew enjoys art, in all its forms, and regularly visit exhibitions and also natural history, especially regarding oceans and marine life.
Jessica completed her bachelor and master degree in engineering in Hong Kong. She is passionate about STEM education and participated in university research programs to guide secondary school and university students in air pollution measurement. In addition to her enthusiasm for science and maths, Jessica enjoys art and cooking, which she creatively combines both to deliver geometric art and cooking science workshops to children. Through these activities, she aims at inspiring children to appreciate the beauty of maths and explore the fun side of science through cooking
Meet our new instructor, Jasmine! She takes Maths, Psychology, and Computer Science at A level and hopes to work in cybersecurity or forensic psychology in the future. She has experience taking care of students thanks to babysitting and mentoring at school. In her free time, she likes to bake (especially cookies) and play tennis!
Gretchen takes Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Latin at A-Level and is hoping to do maths at uni. Outside of school, she enjoys figure skating and has previously been a volunteer coach, teaching kids with special needs how to ice skate.
Dylan is currently studying English Literature, Economics and Geography at A level. Despite not doing maths, tutoring Mathnasium has allowed him to keep his passion for it alive whilst also allowing him to shape young minds and help grow their confidence around problem solving which is crucial for the future. Outside of tutoring, he really enjoys sports such as powerlifting as the community is so supportive whilst equally as encouraging do always do better.
Miranda is currently studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Art at A-Level, and is passionate about all of them! She loves to help build students’ confidence in maths so that they grow to love it as much as she does. She also loves sci-fi, comics, fashion, and archery.
Grace is currently studying Maths, Psychology, and Geography A-Level at Amersham School. She loves working with the students and being a part of improving their mathematical abilities. In my spare time I enjoy going to the cinema and spending time with my friends.
