Hello, I’m Adrian, the Centre Manager for Mathnasium of Blackheath. I have always been passionate about maths, a love imparted by some amazing, inspirational teachers. I have an Engineering Degree from Imperial College, a Master’s in Operations Research (MBA) and further training from the Saïd Business School. Before joining Mathnasium, I worked in multinational companies in many different countries and covered a range of different disciplines all of which required high numeracy skills. I now want to return the inspiration that empowered my journey by helping students develop great maths skills and a love of this wonderful subject.

I am a student currently studying A-Level maths which has been my favourite subject for as long as I can remember. I have experience teaching in a youth centre where I helped children aged from 7-12 with maths.

Hi! My name is Karina, I am 22 and I have always loved maths! I got As in my GCSE and A-level Mathematics and went on to do Forensic Science at University which also involved lots of maths. I’ve worked with children a lot in the past as a Disney Princess for kid's parties and loved it! I am a friendly and approachable young woman and I love helping children learn maths as I believe that it is fun when you understand it.

Our Mathnasium Mission

What I love about Mathnasium is the ability to teach problem-solving skills and make maths make sense, while also making a student smile.
