Jessica

Centre Director
Jessica completed her BSc Sociology degree at the LSE, achieving a 2:1. Having genuinely enjoyed her modules on Education and Social Relations she chose to pursue a career in the education sector. Her interest in the education sector also arose from being a part of different charities across Thailand, working with children of underprivileged backgrounds who have difficulty accessing education. All the above highlights to her the importance of education and more importantly good education in this increasingly fast-paced world. This is what she passionately aims to provide here at Mathnasium, and she is confident in the Mathnasium Model that provides it. Alongside this, she built experience in marketing and management by leading the Thai Society at University. As well as working with outside organisations such as BlueState, creating campaigns for students to come and pursue higher education in the UK. Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton to break a sweat and on other days she enjoys lazing on the couch to watch a good crime documentary on Netflix.

Carrie

Assistant Centre Director
Hi, I am Carrie I am a recent Durham University graduate where I studied mathematics. I began tutoring maths at the age of 12 and have never stopped! My passion for education was cultivated during my time at school where I began working on an after school maths homework club for my fellow students who had fallen behind. Having missed working with children during my time at university I decided that when I graduated I would be keen to pursue a career in education. Working at the Mathnasium of Ealing has given me the amazing ability to both utilise my skills as a talented mathematician and work with children of a wide range of ages and backgrounds. The Mathnasium model of teaching is one in which I have full confidence in. Outside of my work, I am an avid crocheter and keen (but typically unsuccessful) netball player.
