Jump start the new school academic year and fall in love with maths with Mathnasium this summer!

Summer Booster Programme
Improve your child’s confidence in maths this summer with our Summer Booster programme.  We are here to help your child achieve their goals over the summer break; whether that is to reinforce this year’s learning, fill in the gaps, prepare for exams or get ahead for the new school year. Our programmes are bespoke to each student and we will work with you to tailor an individual learning plan that suits your child’s needs.

Summer Booster Plus+ programme incorporates all the advantages of the regular programme as well as an additional hour each day for your child to learn additional subject related skills. Here are just some of the activites on offer:

Financial Studies - Sessions to help increase your childs understanding of the financial world. Topics include the difference between credits and debits, how to use a bank account and starting a business.

Creative Mathematics - Using the principles of mathematics to create something magical. This could be through Origami, Calculated colouring or for the older students a chance to build an online Astra zoo (space zoo to you and me!).

Team Challenges Working together to tackle a variety of mathematical games., challenges and mind-boggling tasks.

Problem Solving - Its all about approaching problems in different ways. Think murder mysteries, code-breakers and riddles.

Programming - Using Scratch ( an educational application for basic programming) we will help students learn the basics of programming. Including creating characters, stories and even an online game!
