Rab is an experienced Mathnasium Multi-centre Owner, with previous experience including setting up and growing a successful Mathnasium Centre in Harrow. His experience prior to Mathnasium includes Business Performance Manager, European Markets at HSBC, Financial Advisory at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), and employment as a Strategic Finance Manager at Commonwealth Bank (whilst living in Australia). Rab is a Certified Chartered Accountant. Having an analytical background as well as being both strong and naturally interested in Maths, Rab places significant emphasis on Mathematical confidence, and how this skill set is critical in a world where there is increasing uncertainty around ever-changing job requirements. Rab’s wife in fact is a Consultant, focusing specifically on the upskilling requirements for the ‘Workforce of the Future’, so setting up Generation Z and Generation Alpha for careers of the future, is very close to home! Outside of work, Rab enjoys attempting to stay fit, playing golf, and watching Arsenal (scrape) a win!
Kiran holds a diploma in Biomedical Science from King's College London, where she regularly applied mathematical concepts to interpret information and analyse data. With a strong belief that a solid foundation in mathematics can unlock countless opportunities for young learners, Kiran has been an integral part of the Mathnasium team for nearly two years. Now stepping into her role as Centre Manager, she brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of inspiring confidence and a love for maths in the students.
Kiran particularly enjoys teaching Algebra, appreciating the logical thinking it requires, and she uses this passion to make complex concepts approachable and engaging. Known for her ability to connect with students of all ages, Kiran ensures that each child receives the tailored support and materials they need to succeed. Her commitment to fostering a positive and productive learning environment has had a lasting impact on both student growth and the overall centre community.
Outside of Mathnasium, Kiran enjoys listening to podcasts, going out with friends and singing karaoke, and if you're lucky, you might even catch her singing in class!
Holly is currently studying Music at the London College of Music. Alongside her passion for music, she has always been dedicated to maths, holding A-levels in both Maths and Physics. Holly is passionate about the problem-solving nature of mathematics and strives to make it enjoyable for students by creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Since joining Mathnasium over two years ago, Holly has grown from Instructor to Lead Instructor and now serves as Assistant Manager. In this time, she has gained extensive experience teaching students of all ages and levels, while also contributing to educational decisions to ensure each child gets the best possible support. Holly’s goal is to help students not only excel in maths but also develop confidence and a genuine love for the subject. In her spare time, Holly enjoys performing and creating music, baking for her friends and family, and unwinding with movies and TV shows.
Sunny holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Kings College London. Sunny enjoyed her time studying statistics at University but her favourite part of Maths is problem-solving. Additionally, having found a passion for her modules on child development and organisational change, she chose to pursue a career in the private education sector. Her interest in the education sector grew during her experience working in schools, in which she was able to teach different year groups a range of different subjects. Alongside this, she has had a number of customer service roles which gave her the opportunity to interact with families and make a child's day better through fun and passion. Sunny aims to continue to spread this joy across multiple Mathnasiums. She believes it is a great place to help build a child's confidence due to its positive learning atmosphere! When she is not working, you can catch Sunny spending time with her friends and family, watching movies or reading a good book.
Jess is a proud graduate of the London School of Economics. She began her Mathnasium journey as the Centre Manager at Mathnasium of Ealing, where she developed a deep passion for helping students grow in confidence and ability through maths. A long-time fan of the Mathnasium Method, Jess is now focused on supporting centres across the region in delivering outstanding experiences for families and driving continued growth. Outside of Mathnasium, Jess enjoys socialising with her friends and watching TV.
Samhita holds a BSc from King’s College London in Astrophysics and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Space Science and Engineering at UCL. With her strong academic background, she sees maths as the language of the universe; beautifully logical and essential to understanding the world around us. She is passionate about helping students see the simplicity and elegance in maths, finding joy in the moments when it all "clicks". Teaching maths the Mathnasium way allows her to break down concepts to students to help them discover just how fun and satisfying maths can be. Samhita’s extensive experience working with children through her volunteering efforts has strengthened her ability to engage with students of all ages and inspire their confidence in learning. In her free time, Samhita enjoys watching Formula 1, reading books, and journalling.
Ali holds a BSc in Mathematics from King’s College London. During university, he was part of the prestigious scholar's programme for the University of Cambridge in recognition of his academic excellence. With over 5 years of teaching experience at Mathnasium, Ali has supported students of all ages in building confidence and mastering maths. He’s known for his fun, energetic teaching style and ability to make even the trickiest topics feel manageable. His students love his humour and the engaging way he brings maths to life. Ali is passionate about helping young learners realise their potential and inspiring a genuine love for the subject. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, spending time with friends, and most importantly, binge-watching anime.
Harini is currently a university student studying maths with finance and economics. She loves teaching and engaging with children, making sure they learn something new and enjoy maths. She really enjoys the satisfaction of solving tricky problems step by step and finding patterns using logic. Harini finds it rewarding when students become confident in questions they were struggling with and see their progress over time. In her spare time, she enjoys playing cricket, learning a new song on the violin or painting while listening to music.
Arhaan is an A Level student at St Dominic’s Sixth Form, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Physics. Having achieved a Grade 9 in his Maths GCSE with the support of Mathnasium, he is now eager to give back by helping other students succeed. With a strong interest in maths and a passion for supporting others, he finds that teaching younger students not only builds their confidence and ability but also strengthens his own understanding. Arhaan enjoys creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and grow. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and binge-watching movies.
Raghav is an A-Level student, studying Mathematics, Politics, and Economics. Having been with Mathnasium throughout his entire secondary school journey, he has consistently demonstrated dedication and academic excellence, achieving high grades at GCSE. Now keen to give back, Raghav is motivated by the chance to inspire younger learners. He enjoys breaking down complex ideas in ways that feel intuitive and achievable, helping students realise that maths is something they can genuinely master. Guiding others has also sharpened his own problem‑solving skills and deepened his appreciation for the subject. Outside the classroom, Raghav loves watching Formula 1 with friends and family and watching sports.
Charbel has recently completed his A Levels, where he studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics. With a deep-rooted passion for maths and science, he finds joy in helping others grasp complex concepts and develop their confidence. Charbel believes that teaching not only supports the growth of his students but also sharpens his own understanding. He enjoys creating a thoughtful and encouraging learning environment where curiosity is welcomed. When he isn't teaching, Charbel enjoys hiking, solving puzzles, and exploring new mathematical theories. He is also an avid reader, often found with a book on history or quantum physics.
Abi is currently studying Maths and Further Maths A Levels and is passionate about the importance of mathematics in everyday life. With nearly four years of experience working with children, she finds inspiration in watching their growth and progress, both academically and personally. At Mathnasium, she loves creating a friendly, supportive environment where each student feels comfortable and motivated to learn. Outside of Mathnasium, Abi enjoys art, history, films, and spending time with friends.
Wafiq is an A Level student at St Dominic’s Sixth Form, studying Mathematics and Economics. With a lifelong passion for maths, he enjoys helping children strengthen their skills and build confidence in the subject. At Mathnasium, he is dedicated to creating a fun, supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed. Teaching has also deepened his own mathematical understanding, and he hopes to pursue a maths-related degree in the future. Outside of teaching, Wafiq enjoys playing football, going to the gym, watching TV shows, and playing video games.
Mahi is an A-Level student at Henrietta Barnett School, studying Maths, Chemistry, Design & Technology, and Spanish. She enjoys the balance of logic and creativity that maths offers and finds it especially rewarding to help students build both confidence and skills. Mahi is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed. Outside of Mathnasium, she enjoys watching sitcoms, discovering new music, and spending time with friends.
