Kiran

Centre Manager

Kiran holds a Diploma in Biomedical Science from King's College London, where she regularly applied mathematical concepts to interpret data, solve complex problems, and develop a strong analytical mindset. She has been a valued member of the Mathnasium team for over three years, joining as an Instructor before progressing to Assistant Centre Manager and now Centre Manager through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to delivering an outstanding learning experience.

Drawing on her scientific background, Kiran takes an evidence-based approach to maths education, using student progress and performance to tailor learning and help every child reach their full potential. She is passionate about building confidence in maths and developing strong problem-solving skills, with Algebra being one of her favourite topics to teach because of the logical thinking it encourages.

Outside of Mathnasium, Kiran enjoys listening to podcasts, spending time with friends, and singing karaoke. If you're lucky, you might even hear her singing around the centre!

Holly

Assistant Centre Manager

Holly is currently studying Music at the London College of Music and holds A Levels in both Maths and Physics, reflecting her passion for mathematics and logical problem-solving. She has been part of the Mathnasium team for over three years, progressing from Instructor to Lead Instructor and now Assistant Centre Manager through her dedication to student success and educational excellence.

As an experienced maths tutor, Holly has supported children of all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence through personalised learning. She also mentors instructors, supports families by communicating student progress, and shares best practices across Mathnasium centres to help maintain outstanding educational standards. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Holly enjoys performing and creating music, baking, and relaxing with a good film or TV series.

Sunny

Regional Operations Manager

Sunny holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from King's College London. Through her studies in statistics, child development, and behavioural science, she developed a strong understanding of how children learn and how positive learning environments support long-term success.

Sunny began her Mathnasium journey at the Harrow centre over three and a half years ago and now supports six centres, helping maintain exceptional educational standards, develop instructors, and deliver personalised maths education. Passionate about helping children build confidence in maths, she is committed to ensuring every student receives an engaging, supportive learning experience. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Sunny enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching films, and reading a good book.

Jess

Regional Sales Manager

Jess graduated with a degree in Sociology from the London School of Economics after attending Harrow International School Bangkok, where she developed a strong academic foundation and a passion for learning. She has been part of the Mathnasium team for over four years, beginning her journey as Centre Manager at Mathnasium of Ealing before progressing into her current regional role.

Drawing on her experience supporting families and leading a centre, Jess enjoys understanding each child's strengths, challenges, and goals before guiding parents through the Mathnasium Method and its personalised approach to maths education. She is passionate about helping children build confidence in maths and ensuring every family feels informed, supported, and excited from their very first conversation with Mathnasium.

Outside of Mathnasium, Jess enjoys spending time with friends and relaxing with a good TV series.

Samhita

Lead Instructor

Samhita holds a BSc in Astrophysics from King’s College London and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Space Science and Engineering at UCL. With her strong academic background, she sees maths as the language of the universe, beautifully logical and essential to understanding the world around us. She has been part of the Mathnasium team for two years, where she is highly regarded by students and families for making complex concepts engaging and accessible.

Passionate about maths education, Samhita loves helping students experience those moments when everything “clicks” and building their confidence through personalised learning. 

Outside of Mathnasium, she enjoys watching Formula 1, reading books, and journalling.

Abhiram

Tutor

Abhiram is studying Mechanical Engineering at Brunel University London, where he applies advanced mathematics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to understand real-world engineering challenges. With several years of experience tutoring mathematics, from primary students to GCSE and A Level learners, he enjoys breaking down complex concepts into clear and achievable steps. Abhiram has been part of the Mathnasium team for over a year as an Instructor, supporting students both in-centre and online. He is passionate about helping learners build confidence and develop a strong understanding of maths. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Abhiram enjoys playing Carnatic violin, basketball, volunteering at community events, and building PCs.

Renon

Tutor

Renon is a first-year Economics student at the University of Nottingham, having achieved A Levels in Economics, Maths, Further Maths, and Psychology, including an A grade in both Maths and Economics. With a strong passion for problem-solving, he enjoys exploring the logical side of mathematics and helping students discover their own confidence in the subject. As a Mathnasium Instructor, Renon is passionate about supporting children’s learning journeys, making maths approachable, and celebrating the moments when students overcome challenges and succeed. He enjoys creating a positive and encouraging environment where students feel motivated to develop their skills. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Renon enjoys playing and watching football, reading books, and sketching.

Mahi

Tutor

Mahi has completed her A Levels in Maths, Chemistry, Design & Technology, and Spanish at Henrietta Barnett School, one of the UK’s leading grammar schools, and holds an offer to study at the University of Cambridge. With a strong academic background and a passion for mathematics, she enjoys the balance of logic and creativity that the subject offers. As a Mathnasium Instructor, Mahi is passionate about helping students build confidence and develop their maths skills in a positive and encouraging environment. She enjoys making concepts approachable and helping students discover that maths can be both challenging and rewarding. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Mahi enjoys watching sitcoms, discovering new music, and spending time with friends.

Abi

Tutor

Abi has recently completed her Maths and Further Maths A Levels and holds an offer to study Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Warwick. Her strong academic background reflects her dedication to mathematics and problem-solving. With nearly four years of experience working with children, Abi enjoys seeing students grow in confidence and ability, both academically and personally. At Mathnasium, she is passionate about creating a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and encouraged to develop their maths skills. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Abi enjoys art, history, films, and spending time with friends.

Arhaan

Tutor

Arhaan is an A Level student at St Dominic’s Sixth Form, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Physics. Having achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths with the support of Mathnasium, he understands first-hand how the right guidance and encouragement can help students build confidence and succeed. Now as a Mathnasium Instructor, Arhaan enjoys giving back by helping other students develop their maths skills and discover their own potential. He is passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated to learn. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Arhaan enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and binge-watching movies.

Raghav

Tutor

Raghav is an A Level student studying Mathematics, Politics, and Economics, with aspirations to study Law at the University of Oxford. Having been a Mathnasium student for five years throughout his secondary school journey, Raghav experienced first-hand how personalised support and encouragement can transform confidence and ability in maths, progressing from working towards a pass to achieving a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths. Now as a Mathnasium Instructor, he is passionate about giving back by helping younger students overcome challenges and realise their potential. Raghav enjoys breaking down complex ideas into clear, achievable steps, creating a positive learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed. 

Outside of Mathnasium, he enjoys watching Formula 1 with friends and family and following sports.

Wafiq

Tutor

Wafiq is an A Level student at St Dominic’s Sixth Form, known for its outstanding academic standards, studying Mathematics and Economics. Having achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths, with a result close to full marks, Wafiq has developed a strong understanding of the subject and a passion for helping others succeed. At Mathnasium, he enjoys supporting students in strengthening their maths skills and building confidence through a fun and encouraging learning environment. Teaching has also deepened his own mathematical understanding and allowed him to share his enthusiasm for the subject with younger learners. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Wafiq enjoys football, going to the gym, watching TV shows, and playing video games.

Husna

Tutor

Husna has recently completed her A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Psychology and is preparing to pursue a degree in Materials Engineering at a leading university. With a strong passion for mathematics and its real-world applications, she enjoys exploring the problem-solving and logical thinking that make the subject so rewarding. Inspired by the tutors who supported her own learning journey, Husna is passionate about helping students overcome challenges and build confidence in maths. With over two years of tutoring experience and involvement in local schools and community initiatives, she creates a positive and encouraging learning environment. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Husna enjoys making jewellery, baking, and watching movies.

Riya

Tutor

Riya is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Law, where she continues to develop strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Having completed A Level Maths and achieved strong results in GCSE Maths and Further Maths, she has a strong foundation in mathematics and enjoys helping students discover the confidence to tackle challenges. As a Mathnasium Instructor, Riya is passionate about making maths engaging and accessible, supporting students as they develop their skills and achieve their goals. She finds it especially rewarding to see learners grow in confidence and begin to enjoy the subject. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Riya enjoys listening to music, dancing, and drawing.

Sonal

Tutor

Sonal is studying Economics at Queen Mary University of London, having completed A Levels in Economics, Maths, and Politics. Through combining mathematics with economics, she has developed a strong appreciation for how mathematical thinking can be used to understand patterns, solve problems, and interpret the world around us. As a woman pursuing a quantitative degree, Sonal is passionate about encouraging students to see maths as an exciting and empowering subject that opens doors to many opportunities. Before joining Mathnasium, Sonal gained tutoring experience supporting students from different age groups, including GCSE and SATs preparation. She loves helping learners move from uncertainty to understanding and seeing their confidence grow. 

Outside of Mathnasium, Sonal enjoys painting and exploring her creativity.
