Shane Connor

Centre Director

Shane is one of the Centre Directors at Mathnasium of Richmond—and he's on a mission to make maths make sense and be fun! A recent addition to the Mathnasium crew, Shane’s buzzing with excitement to lead a team that’s all about building confidence, crushing confusion, and helping kids fall in love with numbers (yes, it’s possible!).

With over 15 years of experience working with Juniors and Young Learners, Shane’s no stranger to the education world. He’s held senior leadership roles, crafted learning experiences that actually stick, and knows how to turn even the trickiest topics into “aha!” moments.

Outside the world of equations and number lines, Shane’s usually off on an adventure—traveling to new places, diving into different cultures, and making memories with friends and family. Whether it’s exploring a new city or solving a math puzzle, Shane’s all about curiosity, connection, and having a good time along the way.
